A PROUD HISTORY

NITRO® builds high performance fiberglass fishing boats, tracing its roots to Texas in the 1960s, where the founders helped pioneer the original Pad V bass boats.

In 1989, the NITRO Boats brand became a part of the Bass Pro Shops® family and continues to draw upon the thinking and ideas of  leading tournament competitors, such as Kevin VanDam, Rick Clunn, Edwin Evers, and Ott DeFoe, just to name a few, to design, build, refine, and evolve our lineup of quality competitive fishing boats.
